1. For wholesale information or to inquire about our catalog and price list/order
form, please email us an inquiry through the wholesale application form on this
website or at info@ideas-are-us.com or contact Ruksana Hussain directly at 404-
934-6181. Being an eco-friendly company, we do not provide print copies of any of
our paperwork except for the final invoice that you will receive from us with your
shipment of products.
2. Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $250.00 bulk FOB. Prices
may be revised from time to time for some products so please always check before
placing an order.
3. 75% of order value to be sent towards advance payment after receiving your
invoice which we will send by email or fax. Balance payment and shipping charges
to be settled on delivery of the goods within 10 days.
4. Wholesale Payment Terms: We accept credit and debit card payments
preferably. We will also accept check payments for established customers. We use
Paypal Pro to process our orders. Established customers with pre-approved credit
will receive Net 15 day’s terms and may check off PO on the order form as your
method of payment. For net terms, you must have an order history of at least four
orders and we must have a copy of your credit references on file. Any controversy,
claim or dispute between the parties arising out of or related to this agreement, or
the breach, termination or in validity hereof, which cannot be settled amicably by the
parties shall be submitted by Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the
American Arbitration Association Arbitration Rules. All arbitration hearings shall be
held in Atlanta, GA.
5. Wholesale orders will be shipped within 2-6 weeks from time order is placed.
Our maximum time taken for shipment is 8 weeks from date of receipt of invoice
advance payment.
6. USPS Ground service is the preferred method of shipping. Shipping charges
will be provided and billed once shipment has been sent to mailing address
specified.
7. Wholesale Return Policy: Due to the fact that each product is handmade,
please understand that all sales are final and no returns will be allowed. In case of
defective product, please contact info@ideas-are-us.com with your issue and we
will aim to resolve it at the earliest, and in the best manner possible. Any
unauthorized return will be refused. Please contact us for a return authorization
number before you ship any package to us.

color are a part of our designs. Expect some variations. We stand behind our
